Still Thin One Year Later

Here it is one year since I posted that last picture. I have been continuing to use Nutritional Cleansing to keep my weight down. I have increased my exercise routine to an hour and a half each day. I feel so great - and as a bonus people are telling me I look younger! I really think I am getting younger - at least the cells of my body are getting healthier. I think I will take some time over the next little while and tell you more about why we need nutritional cleansing. Results Are Hard To Argue With

I never thought I would see this weight again. I wanted to show a before and after Nutritional Cleansing picture for you. Maybe not the best pictures but better than nothing. Just to let you know, I am still doing one cleansing day a week and replacing one or two meals with the IsaLean Shake on the other days. I love it and feel great!

How I Got Started

Back in May of 2003 some friends of mine introduced me to an amazing full body cleansing program. My husband and I lost fifty pounds between us during our first two programs. I was ecstatic! Over the next two and half years I kept that weight off by continuing to use the meal replacement shake and cleansing with the Cleanse For Life drink periodically. At the first of 2007, I made a commitment to cleanse once a week and replace two meals with the wonderful healthy IsaLean Shake on every day I wasn’t cleansing. It has worked beautifully! I have lost an additional 20 pounds! I feel fabulous and have tons of energy! Love how I feel and I think I am in better shape now than I was 15 or even 20 years ago.

Nutritional Cleansing

Just wanted to share the most exciting thing going on in my life right now…
I am so thrilled to be at the lightest weight I have been since I started having kids, and I have had nine kids!! My oldest is 37 so it been quite a while since I have seen my scale registering weights this low. I love it! I am actually down 40 pounds from my highest weight when not pregnant. How did I do it? How am I going to keep it off? Well I’ll tell you. The first key to help me actually start losing weight (and I really think it is a key for everyone) is really one thing and one thing only - deciding to. I mean really and totally deciding to once and for all. After that’s out of the way, I followed all the great recommended healthy advice to eat a balanced diet - you know like eating some from each food group every day, eating smaller portions - this is such a biggy because our “super size it” society keeps giving us bigger and bigger portions at restaurants and fast food places, way more than we need. Well, I ate a wide variety of foods from the different food groups and watched my portion size, but I also had what I call my secret weapon” that I know gave me an advantage over the average dieter. I know it can aid anyone in their quest for healthy weight loss. My secret? In addition to eating healthy small portion sizes and nutrient dense foods, I also cleansed regularly using the Cleanse For Life Drink. Once a week I drank this nutrient dense, low calorie liquid along with a lot of water throughout the day. I always feel a lot of energy on these days, not like when I used to do juice fasts, or lemonade cleanses. I got tired and weak doing those, but using the Cleansing Drink I felt great! It was also easy to keep my calories low on the other days using a special nutrient dense Shake. Each of these is part of several great systems available. I love them!!
